2005年3月,A公司与B公司共同出资组建轴承有限公司,同年5月公司成立。2007年7月,公司与C钢铁公司签订了一份钢材购买合同。合同约定,C公司向公司出售钢材,价格总计375万元,2008年4月向公司交货;在交付钢材的同时,公司向C公司支付货款。2008年4月,C公司按约将货物运送至公司指定交货地点,并要求公司同时支付货款。但此时公司由于管理不善等原因,已经造成严重亏损,无充足现金支付C公司的货款,因此公司向C公司表示其目前无力支付上述货款。由于,公司无法同时履行合同,C公司本想将所有钢材重新装回,而不向公司交付。但考虑到公司的股东A公司系信誉良好的知名企业,遂同意将钢材先交付公司生产。此后,公司一直无力偿还其所欠的375万元债务,C公司在多次催讨未果的情况下,将公司与A公司列为共同被告向法院起诉,要求清偿上述欠款。法院立案审查后不予受理,并建议C公司只将公司列为被告后再行起诉。 思考:有限责任公司的股东是否在其出资之外对公司的债务承担连带清偿责任?
