( 原创 ) Last year, I had a travel in the United States. And many friends would ask me about scenic spots ( 景点 ) after I came back. So, I want to introduce a scenic spot which is the best for me — the landmark of the Memphis city —Memphis Pyramid. Because it is a famous scenic spot which all the tourists will have a view when they travel in the Memphis city. Memphis Pyramid is positioned in the heart of Memphis, just a few minutes from downtown and some popular attractions of t he city. And it is at banks of the Mississippi River. Memphis Pyramid was a basketball playground as the home court for Memphis Grizzlies (a NBA Team) before 2004.After 2004, it was rebuilt into an indoor eco - park ( 生态公园 ) . The eco - park includs a shopping mall, restaurants, a bowling area, a gun range and a hotel, with an outdoor observation deck ( 观景平台 ) near to the top of the pyramid. So visitors can not only enjoy indoor plays, but also enjoy the special view of the top. However, the indoor scenery is also quite different. The eco - park has a small swamp ( 沼泽 ) and a small waterfall with a 200 mile - lake. The indoor swamp and lake showcases seven crocodiles and 36 varieties of fish, all surrounded by trees up to 30 miles high . Actually, it also has 20 unlimited ducks swimming in the lake. These ducks only live in the Mississippi River. But many hunters went to the river to catch them in these few years. Gradually, they became an unlimited duck. The eco - park is not only for travelling, it also reminds visitors to protect the unlimited animals. For visitors, there is no ticket needed in the Memphis Pyramid. But if you want to go to the top observation deck, you will have $5 charge. And many visitors like to book the hotel roo ms in the pyramid , because they like living in the forest.
