甲、乙、丙、合伙人共同出资设立有限合伙企业，丙、公司为有限合伙人。该企业在经营过程中出现以下问题： （1)丙想成为合伙企业事务执行人，但甲、乙不同意； (2) 丁代表该合伙企业与A进行交易．甲。乙认为此交易合同无效．A误认为普通合伙人，认为交易有效，南此给合伙企业造成损失8万元。其他合伙人认为该损失了单独承担。 (3)甲入伙的资金共3万元，是从朋友B处借入的，至今未还，B在经济交易中欠合伙企业款项2万元，B认为：甲、B。及合伙企业三者之间的债权、债务应相互抵消2万元，剩余1万元作为B入伙的出资，代替甲行使合伙人的权利。 (4)丙以其在合伙企业中拥有的财产份额为C公司的债务出质，其他合伙人认为丙的行为违反了《合伙企业法》的规定，丙认为事先在合伙协议中无禁止性规定，自己的行为合法。 (5)合伙企业经营一段时间后，实现部分利润，拟进行利润分配，但合伙协议没有约定利润分配比例，不知处理? (6)乙认为合伙企业发展前途不大，将持有合伙企业的财产份额转让给C，但甲合伙人不同意，愿意以相同价格收购乙持有的财产份额。乙认为甲是无理取闹。 (7)丙公司因违法经营，被依法清算，但不知道丙的合伙人地位是否保留。 (8)该合伙企业因矛盾太多，决定清算，但企业全部资产只有30万元，所欠债务共50万元，其中，所欠职工工资计6万元，欠交税款9万元，欠A的赔偿款8万元，欠银行贷款26万元。另外发生清理费用1．4万元。 要求： 根据以上资料，结合《合伙企业法》的规定，分析回答下列问题： (1)该合伙企业在经营中存在的问题，依法分别处理? (2)该合伙企业清算时，财产分配? (3)若欠银行的贷款无力全部清偿，差额部分要求甲偿还是否正确? (4)若欠A的赔偿款不能全额清偿，差额部分要求丁承担是否正确?
