The color offers stability and [Q1] , said the vice president of the international sellers of color, Laurie Pressman. "It's a reassuring presence," Pressman told The Associated Press. Classic Blue creates a feeling of great[Q2] , Pressman said. This color of blue is officially known as Pantone 19-4052. Another blue color, Cerulean , was chosen for 2000. That was the first time Pantone announced a color for the year ahead. Cerulean is the color of the sky [Q3] the day. Classic Blue is the color of the sky just as the day ends. "We are looking ahead," Pressman said. "The day is over. We are looking [Q4] to the evening. What's going to come?" Pressman and her team looked to the worlds of art, [Q5] and home goods to reach the decision. At the announcement, Pressman said the color choice was not related to it being the usual color [Q6] of the Democratic Party in the United States. "This was not a political move for us...We do not look at color through a political lens . We look at our life through a [Q7] lens," she told the AP. Pantone chose the color Living Coral for 2019 and Ultra Violet in 2018. The timeless Classic Blue [Q8] well for both men and women, and for objects from chairs to cars.
