会计师事务所首次接受委托,负责审计上市公司甲公司2018年度财务报表,并委派A注册会计师担任审计项目合伙人。相关事项如下: (1)会计师事务所委派B注册会计师担任该项目质量控制复核合伙人,并负责甲公司某重要子公司的审计。 (2)在接受委托前,A注册会计师公司前任注册会计师询问甲公司变更会计师事务所的原因,得知原因是甲公司在某一重大会计问题上与前任注册会计师存在分歧。 (3)在签署审计报告前,A注册会计师授权会计师事务所另一合伙人C注册会计师复核了所有的审计工作底稿,并就重大事项 与其进行了讨论。 (4)A注册会计师就某一重大审计问题咨询会计师事务所技术部门,但未达成一致意见。经与B注册会计师同意,A注册会计师与2019年3月2日出具了审计报告。 (5)B注册会计师在2019年3月5日完成了项目质量控制复核。 针对上述第(1)至(5)项,逐项指出会计师事务所及甲公司审计项目组成员的做法是否符合审计准则和质量控制准则,并简要说明理由。
