某些实验需要用有强放射性标记的DNA分子样品。这种标记样品可以用聚合酶Ⅰ和强放射性标记的脱氧核糖核苷三磷酸，在反应混合液中含引物系统的条件下，通过拷贝一个模板制备而成。然而，多数实验室不具备引物系统所要求的全套组分。试设计一种更直接的方法制备这种DNA，利用聚合酶Ⅰ作为惟一的蛋白质组分，不加任何引物寡核苷酸。
