B Throughout history, many women have shown the world how powerful they can be. Meet some of them here. People all over the world know Helen Keller. She was a role model for disabled people. Keller became deaf and blind when she was a baby. But she didn’t give up on life. She learned four foreign languages, including French, German, Latin and Greek. She was famous for her stream-of-consciousness( 意识流 ) writing style which is about the “flow” of thoughts and a character’s inner feelings. Woolf wrote a short novel called The Mark on the Wall .
