听力原文:W: Mr. Liu, thank you for coming in today. I have read your resume and want to ask you some questions. M: Thank you for offering me the opportunity. W: First of all, I'd like you to say something about yourself. M: OK. My major was English Literature in university, and then I got a chance to study in the U.S.A. for half a year. After returning home, I worked for an American cell phone company for three years, then went to work for a trading company. I'm an enthusiastic and self-motivated person. I try very hard to be successful in my work. I can work well under pressure and enjoy doing some challenging work. W: Then why do you want to leave your company? M: I do enjoy my job, but I believe I am ready for more challenging work now. W: OK. What are your strong points? M: I can work well under pressure and I enjoy challenging work. W: And your weaknesses? M: I think I sometimes try to be over-organized. So I am learning how to concentrate on the most important parts of my work. W: Why are you interested in our company, in particular? M: Well, I know that your company is planning to expand in China and the rest of Asia. So, I think I could play a role here. As you know, I have experience working in foreign companies and my English is good. What's more, I'm very self-motivated and want to feel I'm making a real contribution to my company. W: Mr. Liu, thank you again for coming in, and we'll be in touch with you in the next week. M: Thank you, and I look forward to hearing from you. (23)
