发送过程Pig delivery process：1)关闭发送筒隔断阀门和平衡阀门Close the transfer cartridge partition valve and balance valve；2)打开放空阀，卸掉发送筒中的压力，在发送筒中压力未达到大气压力前，不能急于打开盲板Open the vent valve and remove the pressure in the sending cylinder. Before the pressure in the sending cylinder reaches the atmospheric pressure, the blind plate cannot be opened in a hurry；3)打开盲板，放入，直到到达发送筒颈缩管处，并在该处紧紧地贴合Open the blind plate and place in the pig until the pig reaches the delivery cylinder neck and fits tightly；4)关闭盲板Close the blind plate；5)轻微地打开平衡阀排出发送筒中的空气Slightly open the balance valve to expel air from the sending cylinder；6)关闭放空阀并慢慢使发送筒中的压力增加到管线压力Close the vent valve and slowly increase the pressure in the delivery cylinder to line pressure；7)关闭平衡阀，若没有关闭平衡阀就打开发送筒的隔断阀门时，可能会损坏Close the balancing valve and may damage the pig by opening the partition valve in the pig delivery barrel without closing the balancing valve；8)打开发送筒隔断阀门Open the pig delivery cylinder partition valve；9)打开平衡阀，线路主阀，使通过发送筒Open the balancing valve and turn down the line main valve so that the pig passes through the sending cylinder；10)打开线路主阀Open line main valve；11)关闭发送筒隔断阀门和旁通平衡阀Close the delivery cartridge partition valve and bypass balancing valve；12)放空发球筒。Empty the tee.
