Dear Sirs, Thank you for your letter of October 19, asking us to deliver 1 000 table lamps by D/A. As everybody knows, our payment is always made by confirmed, irrevocable L/C at sight, therefore, we regret that we cannot accept your suggestion. However, in view of your goodwill to push the sale of our products, we accept 60 days’ L/C, as an exception. We believe that this is special accommodation will facilitate your decision making.
