Experiences and Measures of Rural Kindergarten Teachers Development Strengthening the teaching staff is the key to break through the bottleneck in the development of early childhood education in rural areas. Trough investigating the methods taken by the four sample provinces, the study found that the initiative experiences include expanding teacher preparation during a variety of ways, establishing the treatment-protection mechanisms for rural teachers without governmental establishment, supplementing teachers on multi-channel, creating the teacher management mode, and improving teacher quality assurance mechanisms.
