How to write an effective survey summary? Here are some suggestions for you. Read through the data tables. Make sure you have all of the results and fully understand them. Take notes on some of the key findings. Make an outline of how you want to report the findings. Start by writing an objectives page that summarizes what your purposes were for the survey and what you expected to find out. Write a methods page that explains who conducted the survey, how they got the information (i.e. phone, mail) and how many people responded to the survey. Create a summary of findings section with data tables. Start out by writing down each question, then add the responses and the results in both number and percentage form. Include the statistical data if you are reporting ongoing or historical information. Write down each question along with the results until you have included all of the information. Create an executive ( 决策的 ) summary from your findings that highlights key information. Keep the executive summary brief, no more than one page. Place this information near the beginning of your report, after the objectives and methods sections. Develop a conclusion section at the end of your survey results. Use the data from the executive summary and findings to report what the results indicate ( 表明 ) for the company.
