Here are two emails but they have become mixed up. Rewrite them. Hi Lucy, Dear Mr Patterson, I’m afraid we cannot come next Wednesday to repair your washing machine as three of our mechanics are sick and not at work. I’m sorry that I can’t come to your party next Saturday as I have to visit my uncle and aunt. As you know we are a small firm and try to keep our customers happy. It is my aunt’s 50th birthday and mum and dad insist on my going with them. You re-member my two cousins, don’t you? I know you have used this firm for many years and I am sure you understand the situa-tion. There is 6-year-old Ben and his two year older sister, Annette. I have a feeling that it will be a really boring day and I’d much rather spend with you. I hope this does not cause you too many problems. But maybe we can do something together next week. I will ring you tomorrow about a new appointment. Have a great time, Yours sincerely Susan Bob Martin
