案例四 : 岗 位合适性 分析 人力资源部 经理经常会碰到 两方面 的压力 , 业务部门 说,人手太少,完不成 工作 , 他们总 在 抱怨 : “ 我们 天天加班加点 , 人手不足 , 人力 资源部 就是不 肯 多招 些 人 。 ” 老板说人多了,要压缩,不时在督促: “ 我 们 人头 太多了 , 有人在那里聊天,有人在 玩 计算机,工资成本 太 高 , 要考虑减少编制 , 提高效率 。 ” 而每当有员工递交辞职报告人力资源部经理说: “我现在的岗位没有挑战性,没意思,考虑到职业发展,我觉得其他工作更有意思,能够提 供发展空间。 ”其实辞职的最好理由是“职业发展”。这个回答背后的意思就是对目前的工作岗位不满意,在工作中得不到他想要的。 问题一 :人力资源部经理 碰到 的诸多 压力 ,说明了 什么 ? 问题 二: 如何进行 岗位合适性分析?
