这是一位青年教师的教学后记： 在学生学习“保存文件”的内容时，让学生将Word文档保存到指定文件夹，有很多同学总是不能完成任务，效果很不理想，写教学后记时，我认真记录了这个不足，并进行了思考，在上另一个，我让学生把输入的文章保存到计算机默认的文件夹中（操作较为简单，不会难倒学生），这时不必过早引入“文件夹”的概念，经过一段时间的学习，学生有了进一步的提高后，再介绍“文件夹”的概念及操作，这时就可以让学生建立自己的“文件夹”，并可以把文件保存到自己的“文件夹”中了，结果学生吸收得很好。我把这一成果也记录了下来。在以后的教学中，我总是根据学生的实际情况将课本的部分内容拆迁、整理，将每一个知识点循序渐进地传授给学生，从而大大地提高了课堂效率。 问题：教学反思有什么意义?这位年轻教师的做法给我们带来的启示是什么?
